A website design and digital marketing agency in Grantham, where you deal directly with the people doing the work.
We are Codesky. We build websites and then we make sure people find them. That covers website design, SEO, paid advertising, hosting and maintenance, all from one team in Grantham, Lincolnshire. There are seven of us, with a support team in the Philippines behind us, and we've been going since 2016.
If you'd like to know who you'd be working with and how we go about things, read on. If you'd rather just talk, ring us on 0800 699 0037.
About
Codesky
Website first, then everything else.
Digital marketing works best when the website it's sending people to has been set up properly. If the foundations aren't right, the results won't be either, so we treat every project as a process.
That doesn't mean you have to buy everything from us. We're happy to do individual services, and we'll tell you if something underneath is getting in the way.
How it all started.
A gap in Grantham, and a 24-year-old who thought he could fill it.
I'd been building websites since I was 16, starting as a trainee website designer at Totemic, which is where Acer and Jasmin first worked with me. In October 2016 I registered Heppleston Ltd, trading as Codesky, because there was a gap around Grantham for good web design, and we set out to fill it for the small and medium-sized businesses on our doorstep.
From there we took on companies across the UK and then further afield, and we now have customers in America, the Middle East, Asia and Europe. Building websites alone means building a lot of them, so we added hosting and management, and in 2018 digital marketing: paid media, SEO and outbound email. That's how we became a team of seven.

The rules we work by.
Your results matter to us as much as they matter to you.
If your website or campaign isn't working, you won't stay a customer, and that's a bad outcome for us as well. So we've got every reason to get it right.
We don't take on customers just to take them on.
Before we say yes, we look at the real data and decide whether we're a good match. If we're not, we'll point you towards someone who is, or simply explain why.
We won't work against your business.
If we're running your marketing, we won't take on a competitor in the same industry in your service area. An agency that does is one to be wary of.
We only offer what we're qualified to do.
Our list of services is short, and that's deliberate. We'd rather get you results than offer everything and do it all averagely.
You work directly with us.
No account manager in the middle and no bottleneck, so you get what you need when you need it.
Who you'll be working with
Our team comes from very different walks of life, and everyone has their own goals and things they're proud of. What we share is that we want the people we work with, and each other, to feel welcome and to trust us.
Behind the Grantham team we have a support team in the Philippines, led by Seigfred, who look after the ticket queue, overnight monitoring and fixes. So if something goes wrong at eleven at night, it isn't sitting there waiting for nine the next morning.
Seven of us, and nobody in the middle.
