Tell us what you need
Three short briefs. Answer one online and you skip the discovery call: we read it, ring you within one working day, and send a fixed, itemised proposal.
Why a brief, not a sales call
Every job we quote starts with the same questions: what does the business do, who buys from it, what does the website or the campaign have to achieve, what exists already, and what's the budget and the timescale. Normally we ask them on a first call, write the brief up ourselves, and then price it. These pages let you answer in your own time instead, which means the first call is about the proposal rather than about us working out what you do, and you get a number sooner.
The briefs are not a test and nothing in them is binding. Skip what you don't know. "Not sure" is a fine answer, and we'll help with it on the call. When you send one, a copy goes to your inbox and the brief lands with the team in Grantham. One of us reads it the same day and rings you within one working day. If we don't think we're the right fit, or you'd be better spending the money differently, we say so then rather than after a proposal.
What happens next
Within one working day: Jordan or Talia rings you to go through your answers and ask the two or three things a form can't. For SEO and Google Ads briefs we look at your site, your Google Business Profile and the searches you named before we ring, so the call is about your business, not about marketing in general.
Then a proposal: fixed and itemised, with timescales, what's included and what isn't. Straightforward websites can be priced within a couple of days of the call. Shops, custom systems and larger campaigns take longer because we write them up properly before we put a number on them.
Then it's your decision. No chasing, no pressure. Most of our clients have stayed with us for years, and that only happens when the first conversation is honest.
Not sure which brief?
If you need a new website and want it found, start with the website design brief and tick SEO under "after launch". If the site is fine and the problem is that nobody finds it, use the SEO brief. If you need enquiries this month rather than next year, use the Google Ads brief. And if you honestly don't know, ring 0800 699 0037 and we'll point you at the right one in two minutes. Our guides on choosing a web design agency and what a website costs are worth ten minutes if you're earlier in the process than that.
