SEO Services

Local SEO, technical SEO and link building, reported in terms of enquiries rather than rankings. Somewhere right now, someone is typing what you do into Google. Our SEO services are there to make sure they find you and not the business down the road. We run SEO for businesses across the UK, from our office in Grantham. We fix what's holding your site back, build the content and links that make Google trust it, and tell you every month what's changed and what it's done for your enquiries.

What SEO actually is.

Google wants to show people the most useful result for whatever they've typed. SEO is the job of making yours that result, and it comes down to three things.

Your site has to work properly, your content has to answer what customers are asking, and Google has to trust it. Get all three right and visitors keep arriving month after month, without paying for every click. Not sure whether SEO or ads is the better first spend? Read our SEO vs PPC comparison.

We start with the site, not the keywords.

Where a lot of SEO goes wrong, and how we go about it.

A lot of SEO goes wrong at the very beginning. Someone starts writing blog posts or buying links while the website underneath is slow, badly structured or sending Google mixed messages.

So every campaign starts with an audit. We crawl the site, go through your Search Console and Analytics data and look at who's outranking you and why. Then we fix the technical problems, because nothing else works properly until they're sorted. After that comes the content, the local work and the links, and each month you get a report on how it's going.

AI SEO

AI SEO

Getting your business found, quoted and recommended in Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT and Copilot, on top of normal search. It isn't a replacement for SEO. It's SEO done properly, with a few jobs added that most agencies are only just starting to think about.

One business per industry, per area.

Only one business can sit at the top of a search. So if we're running your SEO, we won't take on another business in your industry in your service area. It wouldn't be fair on you, and we couldn't do our best work for either of you.

What you'll get each month.

A report you can read without a glossary.

Every month you'll get a report that compares this month with the same month last year, so seasonal swings don't fool anyone. It covers what came in (orders or enquiries, customers, revenue where you track it), where it came from (organic search, paid, direct, referral), what moved in Google Search Console (clicks, impressions, the searches you rank for and where), what we changed during the month and what that change did, and what we're doing next.

We look at enquiries, calls and sales rather than a list of rankings. If rankings go up and enquiries don't, we'd rather tell you and work out why than send you a report that looks good.

How long SEO takes.

Longer than most people hope, and worth knowing before you start.

Typically you'll see some movement within three to six months, and it can take six to twelve for competitive searches. Local SEO and technical fixes often show sooner. How long it takes for you depends on your competition, the state of your site when we start and how much authority it already has, and we'll give you a realistic timeline after the audit.

We won't promise you first place on Google, because nobody controls that except Google. If you need enquiries sooner, we can run Google Ads alongside your SEO while it builds.

Your website and your SEO under one roof.

So problems get fixed instead of waiting in someone else's inbox.

A lot of businesses have one company that built their website and another doing their SEO. It sounds sensible until the SEO agency needs a change and has to wait for someone else to get round to it. Or the website gets updated and undoes months of SEO work without anyone noticing.

Our SEO team sits alongside the people who build websites. If we find a problem, our developers fix it. And if you run Google Ads with us as well, what we learn about which searches turn into enquiries feeds straight back into your SEO.

We're happy to work on a site we didn't build. We'll just tell you if we find something in the foundations that's limiting what SEO can do.

FAQs

01 How long does SEO take to work?

Usually three to six months to see real movement, and six to twelve months for strong results on competitive searches. Local SEO and technical fixes often show sooner. We'll give you a realistic timeline after the audit.

02 How much does SEO cost?

It depends on how competitive your market is and how much work your site needs. Ranking in one town is a very different job to competing nationally. After the audit you'll get a monthly fee and a clear list of what it covers, and there's no locked-in contract: 30 days' notice if you ever want to stop.

03 What's the difference between SEO and PPC?

SEO earns your place in Google's free results. It takes time, but you don't pay for each click. PPC, such as Google Ads, puts you at the top straight away, but you pay every time someone clicks. Plenty of businesses use both, and we do both.

04 Can I do SEO myself?

Some of it, yes. Keeping your Google Business Profile up to date and writing useful content about your services both help. The technical work and link building take a lot more time and know-how, which is usually where people come to us.

05 What is local SEO?

It's how you show up when someone searches for a service near them, like "electrician in Grantham". It covers your Google Business Profile, Google Maps, local directories and the local content on your website.

06 Do you guarantee first page rankings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google decides the rankings and changes how it does it. What we can promise is that we'll do the work properly and tell you honestly how it's going.

Let's talk about getting you found
