PPC management paid search handled properly, from strategy to reporting
Pay-per-click management is the ongoing work of keeping paid search campaigns performing at their best. The initial build matters - structure, keyword selection, ad copy, landing pages, conversion tracking. But the management that follows is where the difference between average and excellent performance is made. Bids adjusted weekly. Negative keywords added as irrelevant searches emerge. Ad copy tested and improved. Budgets reallocated to what is working.
No hard sell.

Full-Service Management
What Full PPC Management Includes
We manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for businesses that want to know their budget is being worked hard. Not set-and-forget. Proper, active management with clear reporting and honest communication about what is performing and what is not.
Strategy and account structure - campaign architecture, match type strategy, audience targeting, and account organisation that makes ongoing management efficient. Keyword research and selection - identifying the terms worth bidding on, the terms worth excluding, and the match type strategy that balances reach and relevance.
The detail that makes the difference
Ad copy creation and testing - writing ads, testing variants, and continuously improving performance.
Bid management - adjusting bids by keyword, device, time of day, location, and audience segment to maximise conversion volume within budget constraints.
Negative keyword management - the ongoing work of preventing budget waste on irrelevant searches. This alone typically saves 15-25% of ad spend on accounts that have not been actively managed.
Landing page review - assessing whether the pages campaigns are pointing to are converting the traffic they receive.
Monthly reporting - clear, plain-English reports on what campaigns are delivering, what actions have been taken, and what the plan is for next month.
How we are different from automated management
Google offers automated bidding strategies that claim to handle optimisation without human input. These tools have their place - automated bidding can be effective when the conversion data is there to guide them. But they cannot replace human judgement about account strategy, campaign structure, ad copy quality, and the commercial context that makes the difference between a campaign that performs and one that wastes money efficiently.
We use automation intelligently - applying automated bidding where data supports it, while maintaining human oversight of everything automation cannot judge.

FAQs
01 What is included in your monthly PPC management?
Account monitoring, bid adjustments, negative keyword updates, ad copy testing, audience management, budget oversight, and a monthly report with actions taken and performance against targets.
02 How do you report on PPC performance?
Monthly written report covering spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per conversion, and ROAS. We report against the targets set at the start of the engagement and are transparent about performance.
03 Do you use Smart campaigns or automated Google Ads features?
We use automated bidding strategies where conversion data supports them and avoid features that sacrifice control without clear performance benefit.
04 How long do I need to commit for?
We ask for an initial three-month period to build and stabilise campaigns. After that, we operate on a rolling basis. We do not hold clients in long contracts because we would rather retain people through performance.
05 Can I pause or stop campaigns at any time?
Yes. You own the account and control the budget. If you need to pause campaigns for any reason, you can do so at any time.
06 Do you manage social media advertising as well as search?
Our primary focus is paid search - Google and Microsoft. We do not currently offer social media advertising management as a core service.
