Web Design for Car Dealerships and Garages
Dealerships, garages and tyre fitters all sell the same thing online: confidence that you're the right place to go.
We've built websites for AC13 Premier and Tuf Treads, and we know what automotive businesses need from a site.
Dealerships: stock that's easy to browse
A dealership website lives or dies on its stock pages. They need to update automatically, be filterable by the things buyers care about, load fast with lots of photos, and make it easy to enquire about one specific car. The rest of the site is there to make the buyer trust you enough to visit.
Garages and tyre fitters: bookings, not browsing
Someone searching for a tyre fitter has a flat tyre. They want to know you're nearby, you've got their size, and they can book or ring now. That's a local SEO job and a mobile design job, and the two have to be done together.
Getting found
Automotive searches are heavily local. Local SEO and a strong Google Business Profile do most of the work for a garage; Google Shopping and Google Ads matter more for a dealership selling across a region.
How we'd do it
Websites for dealerships and garages: your questions
Can our used car stock update on the website automatically?
Yes. Most dealer management and stock systems can feed the website directly, so cars appear and disappear without anyone retyping them. We'll check what you use and connect it.
We offer car finance. What does the website need?
If you broker finance, you need the right FCA permission, and your website needs your FCA status and the correct wording wherever finance is promoted, including representative examples where the rules require them. We build the structure; your finance provider or compliance adviser should approve the wording.
How should prices be shown?
Including any mandatory fees. Since April 2025, consumer law has required the headline price to include unavoidable charges such as admin or preparation fees, so "plus £199 admin" in the small print is no longer acceptable.
What does a garage or tyre fitter's website need most?
To say you're nearby, you can do the job and they can book or ring now. Mobile-first design, a booking or call button on every page and a well-kept Google Business Profile do most of the work.
Should MOT and servicing have their own pages?
Yes. They're different searches with different urgency. A clear page for each, with prices or a starting price, usually converts better than one general services page.
Have you worked with automotive businesses before?
Yes, including AC13 Premier and Tuf Treads.
